Voting Question: Have you received a bill for an unemployment overpayment you don't owe in WA state?

I was cleared from needing to repay an alleged overpayment by an administrate law judge last year, but still received a bill for the full amount. Has this happened to you? If this is the case, please message me, I will be putting together some press about this, and would like to learn if Washington is sending out bills for balances not due, either in error, or in attempt to catch people off guard.
