Open Question: Can you collect unemployment if you quit your job because of a disability? In the state of WA.?

My mom has Rheumatoid Arthritis and was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy recently, and had to quit here job because of here conditions. Can she still collect unemployment in Washington State.
